“Empowering Youth Volunteers – A training course on how to manage YiA projects from inception to post-evaluation” is a training course which focuses on empowering participants to work together in an international team to organise, lead, and evaluate international youth activities through the Youth in Action programme. The participants will be trained in the inclusion of disadvantaged youth in their projects. Most of the participants will be experienced volunteer youth leaders who are motivated to take responsibility in youth organisations or the organisation of international youth projects. By the end of the Training course the participants will plan activities which they will implement both locally and on a European level. This training course is STEP 2 of DBYN’s training structure
