DBYN uses an operational plan to plan the tasks of the international secretariat.  The tasks in the operational plan are linked with the strategic or "master plan", so the operations are supporting the implementation of the master plans.  Next to a list of tasks, the operational plan has 2 assesment tools included.  The operational plan is for the period of one working year, and is made at the start of the working year.  We include it in the toolbox as a good practice.
