Unlocking the potential is an evaluation meeting, where the participants will look back at the outcomes of DBYN projects of the last 3 years, and see how we can learn from our post to uncover unexplored potential in the network. The participants are a combination of experienced volunteers in the network, and contact persons of the member organisations. In this way we will be able to get the information from both the participants as well as the organisers of our activities. We will also work on our work plan for 2011-2013 using the exchange market. Next to this there is a lot of potential coming from European institutions waited to be unlocked inside our network. The resources and training possibilities of SALTO, Eurodesk, the youth department of the Council of Europe, ... can all be beneficial for our network. However we do not integrate this yet in our work. We will make an overview of what exists, make the assessment of what is useful for us and try to see how we can integrate this in our work.
